Learn to Just Be and get more peace into your life.The simplest way to live life, and the most peaceful, is to Just Be.

Of course, some people will say that this is harder than than, that it’s impossible to only Be – but you actually find that these people are creating their own limits.

Be is the first action you take when you open your eyes in the morning. After that, it gets more complex. Because the world around you, the one you’ve created, is telling you what individual you’ve become.

While the Law of Attraction works, you also know that this can tend to lock you into whatever individual type of person you’ve developed into. This is what the Feng Shui teacher on “The Secret” DVD was teaching. Her example of that art director who surrounded himself with images of having beautiful, aloof women and wanted romance - but couldn’t get any. Once he changed his environment, he was able to change himself and get a real loving relationship into his life.

Most people are simpler than the world around them allows.

I’m sure you’ve sat and talked to people only to find that they were much different than what they looked or acted like most of the time. As you found out more about them, you found more that you had in common and could agree on.

In that instance, the two of you were practicing your ability to just Be.

Mothers and their children have that unique connection. They can know when the other is having trouble, is hungry, or some other problem. And the communication between them can be deep and lasting. This is, again, the ability to Be.

Actors and actresses experience this when they really “get into” a character, particularly a historical figure. They find their own reactions are different, that the lines they say from their script “come alive”. What have they just done? They extended their ability to Be across time and space to connect with that character. Or, with a fictional character, they are connecting with that author and his ideas.

It is native ability we each and all have to Be.

And each of us can do this to greater or lesser degrees. As we do just Be in our lives, everything becomes simpler. Your intuition and imagination become more powerful and creative. Life becomes more a joy. You actually find the highest and most profound peace possible.

Our basic situation is that we’ve agreed not to for various reasons. You could blame our government, our media, our educational system, our society for teaching us not to Be. However, that is all short of the mark and doesn’t resolve anything. For each of us accepted the limits we are currently operating under. For one reason or another or none.

The solution, and to improve or restore that native ability is as simple. You just Be. More and more and more. It’s not really work, but it is a concentrated discipline. And this might not come easy, depending on how many limits you’ve accepted.

Now a lot of people have done a lot of work in working up techniques which can allow you to take the various steps to improve your ability to Be.

You’ll find in Napoleon Hill’s “Think and Grow Rich”, or Wallace Wattles “Science of Getting Rich” or Charles Haanel’s “Master Key System” – that these authors are all telling you how you can Be better. As well, Earl Nightingale’s “Strangest Secret” or Dale Carnegie’s “How to Win Friends and Influence People”, as well as the entire belief-system of Hawaiian Huna – all these are bringing you back to your native self, your native ability to just Be.

The Silva Method is a great approach to this. And Burt Goldman’s Mind Box has some incredible lectures and tools to improve your abilities in this area.

An interesting lesson they share is that life is a matter of choices – and you can’t choose wrong. Now you may disagree temporarily with someone else’s approach to their life, but when you really sit down and just Be, you’ll find that they have every right to make that decision and that they’ve actually made a rather interesting approach.

What we are after here is to help each other Be the way they just want to. And find the greatest amount of Peace possible for themselves and the people around them as they do.

Try this for yourself. Sit in a nice, quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for awhile. And then, using any technique you want, just relax and calm your mind as best you can.

And then, for as long as you want -- just Be.

There’s no description possible of what you are going to experience, since we each have our differences. But I can say that it will be a remarkable experience, and as you practice this on a regular basis, it will get easier and you will find more peace showing up in your life.
